Auburn Chinese Bible Study Group
 

 

The Auburn Chinese Bible Study Group is an independent organization that affiliates closely with Lakeview's Internationals Ministry.  The Chinese Bible Study Group provides a praise and Bible study time every week for the local Chinese community, including people from mainland China and Taiwan.

 

On Friday evenings, the group begins with a time of praise and testimony with everyone together, and then divides into smaller Bible study groups.  Groups are available for Christians as well as for those who just want to explore what the Bible teaches.  The assembly and Bible studies are all taught in Mandarin, though one English class is available for Chinese individuals who desire to practice their English skills.  A class for teenagers is also available.  Childcare is available for children while the adults are in class.

 

Once a quarter, the Chinese Bible Study Group partners with Lakeview to host a free meal and special program for the Chinese Community.  The next meal is on January 27 at 6:30 p.m. in Lakeview's Fellowship Hall.
